      "body": "Downstream follow-up from TMS query-cloud-service verification.\n\nI rechecked consumable artifacts after the `3f2678e7` fix:\n\n- GitHub releases still stop at `runtime-api-launcher-v0.1.1`.\n- Git tags show `v9.1.0.beta` -> `f41cbf6...`, while the fix commit is `3f2678e7...`.\n- `mvn dependency:get -Dartifact=com.foggysource:foggy-runtime-api:LATEST -Dtransitive=false -U` still resolves to `9.1.0.beta`.\n- local Maven metadata currently lists only `foggy-runtime-api:9.1.0.beta`.\n\nSo I cannot yet run a release/artifact-based downstream verification for query-cloud-service.
