  "body": "# Foggy Runtime CLI 0.1.25\n\nFixes member queries against the Runtime API and older RX endpoints (#148 in\nfoggy-data-mcp-bridge).\n\n- Prefer `/api/v1/members/{model}/{dimension}` and validate the RuntimeEnvelope.\n- Fall back to the legacy RX route only for an unstructured HTTP 404 indicating\n  that the Runtime route does not exist. Permission and business failures never\n  trigger fallback.\n- Validate legacy RX success (`code=200`, an object payload, and an items list).\n  Failed or malformed responses return a nonzero exit status.\n- Preserve configured Authorization, namespace, member fields and pagination.\n\nAll 148 CLI tests passed. The actual CLI source also passed member-query smoke\nchecks against the fixed Launcher JAR. Engine member binding, field permissions,\nand same-directory validation fixes are included in Launcher 0.1.30.\n\nExisting query/model commands and the earlier verified offline demo stack retain\ntheir contracts. Assets include the wheel, source distribution, Windows and POSIX\ninstallers, release-manifest.json, and SHA256SUMS. Every asset except the checksum\nfile itself is covered by SHA256SUMS. GitHub is the authoritative release source.\n",
